Bread: common questions
Do you supply burger and brioche buns wholesale in Dubai?
Yes. Brioche buns from 15 to 100 g, burger buns from 40 to 120 g in plain, sesame and brown, potato buns and vegan buns, in boxes of 60.
How long does frozen bread take to thaw?
Most buns and rolls thaw in 20–30 minutes at room temperature. Baguettes and loaves thaw in about 15 minutes and refresh at 210°C for around 8 minutes.
Do you make sourdough bread for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. White, brown, charcoal and multi-cereal sourdough from 450 g to 1500 g, plus rye, walnut, quinoa and chia loaves.
